it really irritates me being asked about my age after talking to someone for 2 minutes for the first time. especially when guys use it as some sort of pick-up line. it's happened that they start talking to me and go "hey there, what's your name? how old are you?"
if that's all you've got to muster up then i'm afraid you lack skills in many areas, one of them being the art of seduction. and it's not because i'm 26 that i'm saying this because it bothered me as much when i was 19. it's as if people need to first establish the age of the other person before carrying on a first-time discussion. it never happens anywhere else. only here. in swede-ville. why is that?
on a not so different note: a friend of mine uses the pick up line " hey, how's your beer? good?" fathom this: it apparently works. unbelievable.
